The Library wishes to congratulate the staff of the Moraine Valley student newspaper, The Glacier. Here’s a bit of great news:
The Glacier, Moraine Valley’s student newspaper, took first place in Overall Excellence at the annual Illinois Community College Journalism Convention at Harold Washington College April 10. The paper also was awarded second place in layout, and 16 students received individual awards. Congratulations to Ted Powers, the Glacier advisor, and his team.
