Welcome to the Web Technology Department blog!
We created this blog in hopes of being more communicative to our user base (faculty, staff and students) on issues and initiatives that may impact their use of our web services. Here’s a brief rundown on who we are and what we do:
What We Do
Blackboard Administration
- Creation/maintenance of user (faculty & student) accounts
- Creation of course or organization shells
- Course management (including transfer of content from semester to semester, archives, etc.)
Online Support
- Provide assistance (via phone, email or in person) with online services to faculty
